No. The price quoted for each package covers the listed services in full. Any third-party costs, such as government registration fees or legal notarization, are separate and explained to you before you commit.
Do I pay before or after finding a property?
Consultation and Guided Search fees are due at the start of the engagement. For Full Relocation Support, we split payment into two stages, with the balance due once a suitable property is identified and viewings begin.
What happens if I don't find a property I like?
We continue working within your package timeframe to adjust the search criteria and present new options. Our goal is to match you with a home that fits your family's needs near Giza.
Can I upgrade from Consultation to a higher package later?
Yes, you can move to Guided Search or Full Relocation Support at any time. We credit the amount already paid toward the consultation session against the cost of the upgraded package.
Is a refund available if I cancel the service?
